We Are Outside the box
Outside The Box is inspired on that people that do not have the equipment, time or simply do not want to commute to a gym but that want to live in a healthy way and improve all of their physical skills (cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy).
We understand that many people have long work hours, with small kids, with economic difficulties, without a nearby gym, studying and working at the same time, coursing demanding educational programs, or in any difficult situation in which the easiest choice would be to stop training. We are here for you, you that refuse to listen to the excuses and that find a way to start or keep training whatever that takes.

Our classes are always coached and guided, live and in their entirety, from the first to the last minute.
The coach will be teaching you the exercises and will assign you the appropriate adaptation for you.
The coach will be watching you to give you corrections, keep you safe and refine the movements.
There will be constant communication between the coach and the participants in a relaxed atmosphere. For us it is very important how each one feels on the day of the particular class and we will adapt in real time to your current situation.
The coach will be able to get to know you better and adapt better to your specific needs, pursuing your short, medium or long term goals with you.

(both 1h and 30m classes will count as one class each)

You can change from one rate to another, from one month to the next, without any problem.
#outsidethebox TRAINING SESSIONS
Warm up
We raise the body temperature and prepare your body for the workout. Here we also practice the technique of every movement that will be involved in the workout.

Workout
This is where we will apply higher intensity, but of course, always relative to each person. We adapt/scale the movements for you and you choose the speed with which you move, no matter the seed of other people.

Cool down
Here we let the body come back to its usual state. It will be the moment to carry out accessory exercises if they are planned, stretch and, above all, share the workout experience or whatever you want with the rest of the class, or listen to it.
