No, you can choose a different time slot each day. The programming will be the same for all the time slots of similar duration of the same day and it will vary from one day to another.

You do not need any equipment to do our classes, they are 100% adapted to exercises without external elements. Even so, we also take into account the equipment that you may have to include it in the training sessions if you desire so

Because of that, we want to offer you this service that gives you the opportunity of economizing your time and include the sport in you day to day.

We are going to provide you the same care and attention that you would get in an in-person training session. In order to achieve that, we have designed a daily live training where you will get adaptations, cues, tips and corrections that are thought to your needs and characteristics. Moreover, we will carry out follow ups to analyze the evolution, the changes that can be presented in the process and the sharing of improvement points and future goals.

It is directed towards anyone that has the desire of initiating into exercising or, on the contrary, anyone that already exercises but cannot or does not want to do it in a physical place outside home.
