#ABOUT OTB MEET US

01 GOALS
Our goal is to offer the highest coaching standard so you can look after your health from home. We not only want you to “keep fit”, we want you to improve and prepare you for any challenge that life can throw at you, let that be to face an intense physical job or to run and play with your child. But bear in mind that we will do all of this step by step and starting at the level that you are right now. If that means that you have not practiced any sport in the last 30 years, there is nothing to worry about, that is why we are leading the classes and adapting every exercise to meet you where you are.
02 OUR CLASSES
Our classes are for all levels, we will accompany and support you from the point that you are right now. We will take care of you and adapt to your individual situation, and of course we will take care of any injury you may have, following the medical and physiotherapist advice and modifying the exercises to avoid any impediment to improve your fitness.
